Second run ... better, but not much :P. Ofcourse it was done after an hour of Body Combat ... but this is a "Just Do It" activity so no more excuses. I'm a slug.
hey dude -- what is the graph there measuring? is that your speed over time?
that looks pretty snazzy. are you enjoying the nike + ipod thing? maybe I'll have to get one before I start "training" in the spring (by training, I mean preparing to run a 5k and then a 10k -- nothing as hardcore as you).
